1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lattix Network software or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Lattix Network provides peer-to-peer virtual private networking software. The service includes client applications, a coordination server, and relay infrastructure for establishing encrypted connections between your devices.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lattix Network for:

Any illegal activity under applicable law
Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
Unauthorized access to networks or systems you do not own or have permission to access
Activities that interfere with or disrupt the service for other users

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Self-hosted deployments are not subject to our availability guarantees.

6. Intellectual Property

Lattix Network software is open source. The source code is available under the terms specified in the License page. The Lattix name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lattix Network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, security breaches, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the web panel.
